Description
- You are driven, along with your team of client advisors, to actively expand the firm's portfolio;
- Customer satisfaction is your top priority; it is your priority to fully satisfy clients;
- You work closely with the team to ensure that they always offer quality advice and take full advantage of commercial opportunities;
- With your inspiring and motivating approach, you will encourage colleagues to embrace a customer-centric mindset and actively engage with customers;
- You have the opportunity to be the organization's calling card within your region and do your utmost to put the organization well on the map;
- Coaching and supporting your team is an important aspect of your role; You encourage them to achieve their qualitative and quantitative goals, with a focus on profitability and risk management;
- You will achieve this by providing regular feedback and organizing team meetings aimed at both individual and team growth.
- You will also do a bit of office management where you will be responsible for ordering office materials and scheduling;
