Description
- You are the central point of contact for customers, Employee Benefits Consultants, and account managers for questions about insurance, administration, and accounting. This includes drawing up insurance contracts and addenda, and following up on renewals and changes.
- You are responsible for the daily technical management of a customer portfolio with group insurance, hospitalization insurance, and related programs. This includes analysis, development, and adjustments.
- Together with the Employee Benefits Consultants, you identify customer needs and assess existing contracts and technical reports.
- You request quotes from insurers, compare the proposals, and make a thorough assessment.
- You give clear instructions to the chosen insurer about the desired coverage and further elaborate the policy conditions.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in a field such as insurance, economics, business administration, or accounting;
- Experience in the field of Employee Benefits is a plus;
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of French and English;
- You enjoy working with numbers and derive satisfaction from analyzing and structuring;
- You communicate clearly and in an organized manner, both in writing and verbally, and you feel comfortable communicating by telephone;
- You are customer-oriented, socially skilled, and enjoy working in a team.
