Description
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and Employee Benefits Consultants and account managers regarding questions about insurance, administration, and accounting (such as drafting insurance contracts and addenda, tracking renewals and changes, and so on);
- You will handle the day-to-day technical management of a portfolio of group insurance, hospitalization insurance, and related programs for our clients, including analysis, development, and adjustments;
- In close collaboration with the Employee Benefits Consultants, you will assess and evaluate the client’s needs, existing contracts, and technical reports;
- You will request quotes from insurers, compare them, and evaluate their content;
- You will provide detailed instructions to the selected insurer regarding the risks to be covered and optimize the policy terms;
Your profile
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as insurance, economics, business administration, or accounting;
- You have at least 3 years of experience with Employee Benefits and understand the ins and outs of this field.
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of both French and English.
- You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers.
- You communicate clearly and in a structured manner and are able to conduct telephone conversations smoothly.
- You are service-oriented, enjoy working in a team, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
