Description
- You will be an important part of a close-knit team of knowledgeable colleagues.
- You are the primary contact for a regional group of brokers, building a relationship of trust.
- You offer advice to brokers via email and phone and ensure the careful and prompt handling of their files.
- You work closely with the Sales department and share experiences and solutions with your immediate colleagues.
- You independently perform risk analyses for clients and make suggestions for appropriate insurance solutions, taking into account applicable rates and underwriting criteria.
- You use a modern broker application, supporting and advising brokers so that they can take many actions themselves; your focus is more on advice than on administrative tasks.
- You focus your customer-oriented attitude fully on the client's needs and provide a friendly and efficient service.
- You actively listen to the customer and get the gist of conversations to accurately understand their needs.
- You think proactively to develop the best possible solutions.
- You identify and capitalize on sales opportunities and convince both brokers and clients of the value of the products offered.
- You communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Your profile
- Possesses a bachelor's degree in Finance and Insurance or Legal Practice with relevant experience in non-life insurance or legal aid.
- At least strong basic knowledge of French, both written and oral.
- Meets the requirements for theoretical knowledge and practical experience of PCP, or is willing to pursue further training in this area.
