Description
- You will prepare committees in an organized manner;
- You will organize meetings carefully;
- You will draft minutes and reports from meetings;
- You will update price lists and other necessary documents;
- You will provide Sales with the required documents;
- You will keep the relevant news up to date;
- You will update and check documents in circulation;
- You will provide a first level of service for the platforms and deal with general questions;
- You will be responsible for organizing contracts;
- You will proactively monitor and manage customer files;
- You will provide commercial support to customers to meet their needs.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's degree;
- You are fluent in Dutch and French;
- You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- You are a good team player and can easily communicate information to members of your department;
- You are solution-oriented, have good communication skills, and are dynamic, rigorous and able to meet deadlines.

- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3000
