Description
- You will develop an innovative HR strategy focused on recruiting, retaining and developing employee skills;
- You lead a team of three HR experts, ensuring a collaborative working environment with management and various levels of management;
- You deal with crucial topics such as compensation, automotive policy, digital transformation, training, performance management, well-being at work, employer brand development and new employee integration;
- You combine the functions of Business Manager (process management, performance indicators, HR services) and People Manager (team coaching and support).
- You keep abreast of developments in labor law, job market trends and technological advances, in order to formulate appropriate strategic advice;
- You participate in cross-functional projects, ensuring compliance of HR practices while contributing to informed decisions based on reliable data;
- You report to the Group HR Director and work closely with the local General Manager.
Your profile
- Holds a Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Management Sciences;
- Has 8 to 10 years' professional experience;
- Fluent in spoken and written Dutch and French, with knowledge of English considered an asset;
- Is familiar with human resources management tools;
- Is a seasoned and enthusiastic human resources professional, able to combine strategic vision with results-oriented actions;
- Has an excellent ability to communicate with various stakeholders, to motivate and guide his/her team, while combining innovative ideas with concrete solutions;
- Is fully conversant with the legal framework of Belgian social law (CP200) and has proven experience in relations with social bodies such as the Works Council and trade unions, as well as in HR management;
- Is ideally sensitive to the BPO or financial world, which is an additional asset.
