Description

Welcome visitors in a warm, personalized and professional manner and act as the first point of contact for incoming calls.

Manage meeting rooms efficiently: bookings, coordination, required IT systems and catering arrangements.

Handle mail distribution and shipments, manage access badges, place office supply orders, book taxis and support various daily administrative tasks.

Help organize internal events (team lunches, monthly get-togethers, internal initiatives), bring fresh ideas and coordinate with suppliers.

Serve as a point of contact for general services/facilities: follow up on small repairs, support internal moves and help ensure an inviting workplace, especially for new colleagues.

Actively contribute to a range of internal projects and improvement initiatives.

Your profile

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (reception / front office / hospitality).

Fluent in French, Dutch and English (spoken and written).

You have a professional appearance, a warm phone manner and a naturally welcoming attitude.

You are solution-oriented, customer-focused, well-organized and discreet.

You are curious and comfortable learning new IT tools and software.

You hold a higher education degree, ideally in office management, hospitality management or languages.

Offer

  • Monthly salary indication: € 2001 - € 3000
A role with flexible working hours: 8:45–17:00 or 8:45–18:00.
