Description
- Greet visitors in a warm and individualized manner, while being the first point of contact for incoming calls;
- Efficiently manage meeting rooms, master the use of the necessary IT systems and organize catering for the various meetings;
- Ensure mail distribution and dispatch, manage access badges, place orders for office equipment, book cabs, and much more;
- Organize events such as luncheons and monthly team meetings, while bringing in new ideas and coordinating initiatives with suppliers;
- Serve as point of contact for general services, overseeing small repairs, assisting with internal moves and ensuring a welcoming work environment for new employees;
- Actively participate in various projects.
Your profile
- Minimum of one year's experience in a receptionist position;
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French;
- Has a warm telephone voice, welcoming attitude and neat presentation;
- Is solution-oriented, customer service oriented and discreet;
- Demonstrates an interest in learning new technologies and software;
- Holds an advanced degree, preferably in office management, hotel management or a language-related field.

- Monthly salary indication: € 2001 - € 3000
- A job with flexible working hours from 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or until 6:00 p.m;
- The possibility of a free afternoon on Fridays during a long working day;
