  • You analyze and process the declaration;
  • Your work precise, organized and solution-oriented;

  • You ensure the follow-up and management of the claim in a fast, proactive, correct, customer-friendly and efficient manner;
  • You put the customer first and provide a sustainable, reliable service where communication and unburdening the insured play an important role.

Your profile

  • Is fluent in both Dutch and English;
  • Possesses over 5 years of comprehensive experience in managing claims processes from initiation to resolution;
  • Has a specialization in RDR/omnium claims handling;
  • Demonstrates a solid background in the insurance sector;
  • Exhibits strong critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations;
  • Maintains a customer-focused approach, ensuring client satisfaction at all times;
  • Is adept at making informed decisions quickly and effectively;
  • Communicates clearly and concisely with various stakeholders;
