Description

  • You will undertake the completion of designated KYC files to ensure compliance and thoroughness;
  • You will verify the documentation provided by various business departments, ensuring it is complete, relevant, and precise;
  • You will explore and evaluate the outcomes of screening processes associated with Negative News, Sanctions, and Politically Exposed Persons linked to clients;
  • You will prepare necessary documentation to record any deviations from established procedures or to clarify particular circumstances;
  • You will collaborate with Front Office Teams and internally within your department when any inconsistencies in documentation are discovered, providing suitable feedback;
  • You will ensure that relevant systems are updated promptly whenever new customer records are created;
  • You will promptly escalate any challenges encountered during the KYC process to your coach;
  • You will serve as a resource for Front Office departments, offering assistance, guidance, and insights on KYC-related topics;
  • You may participate in or lead FCMO projects, which includes identifying and fulfilling project deliverables as needed;
  • You will apply best practices in project management to any FCMO initiatives;
  • You will contribute insights to team members to help maintain updated desktop procedures.

Your profile

  • You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken;
  • You’re analytical, proactive, and able to grasp complex regulatory issues;
  • You possess a solid understanding of AML, Financial Crime, and Sanctions regulations, and stay updated on industry changes;
  • Experience in a financial institution is a plus, especially in a team environment;
  • AML/Customer Due Diligence certifications are valued but not mandatory;
  • You’re a strong communicator, capable of explaining complex topics across all levels;
  • You’re a team player, ready to support your colleagues and contribute to shared goals;
  • You’ll use your regulatory knowledge to protect the Bank and contribute to real-world risk management;
  • You don’t need formal AML certifications — we value potential, curiosity, and the willingness to grow;
  • You’ll join a collaborative team, where your voice matters and your contributions count;
