Description
In your role as Credit Analyst, you are an important link in our integrated banking approach:- You work with account managers on credit applications from entrepreneurs;
- You ask relevant questions, analyze financial information, and evaluate the credit capacity of customers;
- You negotiate with account managers and customers to arrive at a joint credit proposal;
- You will systematically monitor existing credit files and take action in the event of potential risks;
- You will familiarize yourself with various sectors and assess them against our credit guidelines;
- You will think critically about the processes and initiate improvement projects in consultation with the credit management team;
Your profile
- You have at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant economic field of study;
- You have at least two years of experience in lending;
- You communicate clearly and negotiate with confidence;
- You think analytically and can report information concisely;
- You have insight into legal and tax aspects related to lending;
- You are eager to learn, digitally savvy, and take proactive initiatives;
- You are fluent in spoken and written Dutch, with a passive knowledge of French;
- You are a team player with a positive and constructive attitude;
- You are willing to travel between Grimbergen, Leuven, Aalst, and Antwerp;

- Monthly salary indication: € 3501 - € 4500
