Description
In your role as Credit Analyst, you will be a key link in our integrated banking approach:- You will work with account managers on credit applications from entrepreneurs;
- You will ask relevant questions, analyze financial information and evaluate customers' credit capacity;
- You conduct negotiations with account managers and customers to reach a joint credit proposal;
- You systematically monitor existing credit files and take action in case of potential risks;
- You will study various sectors and test them against our credit guidelines;
- You think critically about the processes and initiate improvement projects in consultation with the credit management team;
Your profile
- You have at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of economics;
- You have at least two years of experience in lending;
- You communicate clearly and negotiate with confidence;
- You think analytically and can report information concisely;
- You have an understanding of legal and fiscal aspects related to lending;
- You are eager to learn, digital and take proactive initiatives;
- You are fluent in the Dutch language both verbally and in writing, with a passing knowledge of French;
- You are a team player with a positive and constructive attitude;
- You are willing to travel between Grimbergen, Leuven, Aalst and Antwerp;
