Description
- Place and track orders for new commercial vehicles;
- Maintain data quality of the online car configurator;
- General database checks for quality;
- Listing and communicating charges to drivers;
- Organizing and following up on tire changes;
- Checking invoiced costs by suppliers;
- Optimizing current lease contracts;
- Preparing mailing lists.
Your profile
- Possesses strong administrative skills;
- Is a recent graduate in a related field or already has initial work experience;
- Quickly learns new IT applications;
- Has an affinity or interest in numbers;
- Masters the Dutch language, reading and understanding French and English are strong pluses;
- Knows how to work, can work independently and has a proactive attitude;
- Is sociable and easy going and is an energetic personality;
- Communicates clearly and purposefully;
- Is a team player;
- Is stress resistant;
- Is an organizational talent;
- Has a sense of accuracy.
