- In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to discover the intricacies of life insurance and work with knowledgeable colleagues who will guide and support you.
- You have a strong affinity for numbers and are used to performing calculations to achieve the optimal solutions for clients.
- You are responsible for the complete management of files and provide support to colleagues, always keeping the interests of all parties involved in mind.
- You will maintain excellent contact with clients and brokers, both by phone and email, actively seeking interaction, solving problems, answering questions and ensuring a positive client experience.
- As part of a close-knit team, you will share knowledge and best practices with the various Life teams.
- You will participate in interesting projects that add variety and depth to your work.
- In time, you will also get the opportunity to take on coaching tasks, with which you guide and support colleagues.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Is eager to learn and flexible: always looking for new insights and willing to adapt to changing processes and technologies.
- Possesses excellent communication skills that foster collaboration with colleagues, clients and other partners.
- Has an excellent command of the Dutch language as well as a good command of French, both in oral and written communication.
- Works in a structured and methodical manner, ensuring accurate and efficient performance of administrative tasks.
- Has a natural aptitude for analytical thinking and numbers, which is crucial for performing risk assessments, premium calculations and policy management.

- Monthly salary indication: € 1501 - € 5000
