Description
- You will be responsible for fully managing claims files for the Injury Department;
- You keep the client informed about the progress of his/her file;
- You open new claims files and ensure appropriate reservation for payment of amounts due;
- You handle problems or complaints regarding claims in accordance with the organization's procedures;
- You close files in a timely manner within the deadlines set;
- You always put the customer at the center of your work;
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's degree in Finance or Insurance and have relevant experience in an insurance company, brokerage or appraisal agency;
- You are motivated to continuously acquire new knowledge and skills;
- You work in a structured and systematic manner, both in approach and follow-up of tasks;
- You are a team player who takes responsibility and contributes to a positive working atmosphere, which is very important for our client;
- You have excellent communication skills and focus strongly on customer needs;
- You are fluent in Dutch and French; knowledge of English is always a plus;
