Description
- Answer customer queries on a variety of financial products and services;
- Proactively identify business opportunities, finalize remote sales or arrange appointments for the branch network;
- Suggest solutions to improve Service Center efficiency;
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at optimizing existing processes by proposing innovative ideas.
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree;
- Bilingualism in Dutch and French is an advantage;
- Has a strong orientation towards customer satisfaction and a well-developed service spirit;
- Is capable of advising and assisting customers with genuine commercial flair;
- Demonstrate exceptional oral fluency and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrates strong stress management skills;
- Demonstrates motivation and team spirit;
- Is available to work flexible hours, including Saturday mornings.
