Description

• You take the initiative to discover potential clients through your independent efforts and collaborative marketing strategies. Your goal is to establish enduring relationships that drive growth and profitability within the Private Banking sector;
• You assist existing clients in structuring and optimizing their asset portfolios. By leveraging the expertise of our support team, including assistants, Estate Planners, Portfolio Managers, product experts, marketing teams, and credit advisors, you provide personalized solutions;
• You are responsible for the development and management of the current Private Banking client base. You nurture and reinforce trusting relationships by pinpointing client needs and recommending customized solutions through close collaboration with internal specialists (discretionary management, advisory management, and credit options);
• You act as a representative in your region's economic landscape and engage with various associations. In this role, you actively foster a robust network. You also ensure ongoing collaboration with our branch network to enhance your outreach;
• You make certain that all advisory practices adhere to compliance standards, are informed by data insights, and reflect current market trends.

Your profile

• Master degree;
• Fluent in french, fluent, in english and proficiency in Dutch is considered an advantage;
• Has at least 5 years of demonstrated experience in personal banking or private banking;
• Possesses a robust comprehension of financial planning principles and demonstrates a keen interest in the dynamics of financial markets;
• Exhibits strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in recognizing opportunities, successfully finalizing agreements, and effectively acquiring and retaining clients, showcasing confidence in recommending customized financial solutions;
• Maintains a client-centric approach, paired with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, demonstrating the ability to adapt and remain flexible in various interactions;
• Is resilient under pressure and displays attention to detail, embodying an entrepreneurial spirit while effectively collaborating with internal specialists;
