Description
- You identify and capitalize on market trends, exploring business development opportunities, events, and collaborations to broaden the Private Banking client base and enhance market presence;
- You actively promote the acquisition and retention of High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact;
- You contribute to the execution of regional or divisional strategies aimed at achieving growth and profitability targets;
- You represent and advocate for Private Banking in the area, bolstering visibility and positioning the firm as a premier Private Banking institution in Brussels and nearby regions;
- You lead and manage a team of Private Banking Specialists, ensuring they meet performance and service quality standards;
- You provide support to the team in their efforts to prospect, negotiate, and finalize deals while fostering a culture of excellence and high achievement;
- You collaborate with key stakeholders within wealth management services (such as Investment DPM, WAM, IM, Estate Planning, Credits, AFC/Compliance) to deliver tailored and comprehensive solutions for clients;
- You ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to risk management and conduct codes.
Your profile
- University degree or equivalent;
- Fluent in english and french;
- Minimum of 5 years of extensive expertise in Private Banking, proven success in developing client portfolios and confidently leading professional discussions, mastery of estate planning, investment management, credit solutions, and financial markets;
- Strong client orientation with well-developed commercial sense, persuasive abilities, and aptitude for building lasting relationships with HNW and UHNW clients;
- Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset with results-driven approach and talent for developing a strong network to attract new clients;
- Strategic vision with ability to design and implement regional strategies for client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion;
- Leadership and communication with capacity to inspire team cohesion, encourage collaboration, and engage transparently with clients and internal stakeholders.
