Description
As an Employee Benefits Account Manager, you are a specialist responsible for:- Developing an assigned client portfolio in line with the established strategy, leveraging your expertise as a specialist.
- Maintaining and improving relationships with major clients and specialized brokers in the field of Employee Benefits in the Antwerp region.
- Providing technical and commercial support and advice, and acting as an intermediary between clients/brokers and internal departments.
- Analyzing and reviewing existing portfolios to identify opportunities and propose improvements that benefit the client.
- Acting as a specialist for your colleagues, resolving technical questions and issues, participating in internal working groups, and keeping your technical knowledge up to date.
- Building a network, both internally and externally, and representing the organization to clients and partners such as major brokers and employer organizations.
- Actively participating in projects within the organization and independently following up on strategic plans to strengthen the market position in the area of Employee Benefits.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree or can demonstrate equivalent experience
- Has extensive expertise and product knowledge in Employee Benefits
- Is fluent in Dutch, with a good command of French and English for international interactions
- Possesses excellent communication skills in negotiation and presentation
- Has a strong technical background and sharp analytical skills. Is also a team player with an energetic and positive attitude
- Works primarily in the assigned Antwerp region, but is also flexible regarding the Brussels region
- Knowledge of investment products is a plus
- Has a passion for building and maintaining relationships with major clients and specialized brokers
- Has a friendly and approachable personality that prioritizes team spirit.
