Description

As an Employee Benefits Account Manager, you are a pharmer responsible for:
  • Developing an assigned client portfolio within the established strategy, based on your role as a specialist.
  • Maintaining and improving relationships with major clients and specialized brokers in the field of Employee Benefits in the Antwerp region.
  • Providing technical and commercial support and advice, and acting as an intermediary between clients/brokers and internal services.
  • Analyzing and researching existing portfolios with the aim of identifying opportunities and formulating improvements that are in the client's interest.
  • Acting as a specialist for your colleagues, solving technical questions and problems, participating in internal working groups, and keeping your technical knowledge up to date.
  • Building a network, both internally and externally, and representing the organization to customers and partners such as large brokers and employer organizations.
  • Actively participating in projects within the organization and independently following up on strategic plans to strengthen the market position in the field of Employee Benefits.

Your profile

The ideal candidate:
  • Has a bachelor's or master's degree or can demonstrate equivalent experience
  • Has extensive expertise and product knowledge within Employee Benefits
  • Is fluent in Dutch, with a good knowledge of French and English for international interaction
  • Has excellent communication skills in negotiation and presentation
  • Has a solid technical background and sharp analytical skills. Is also a team player with an energetic and positive attitude
  • Works mainly in the assigned region of Antwerp, but is also flexible for the Brussels region
  • Knowledge of investment products is an advantage
  • Has a passion for building and maintaining relationships with major clients and specialized brokers
  • Has a friendly and jovial personality that puts team spirit first.
