Description
- You manage and expand the client portfolio within the Employee Benefits domain;
- You actively seek new clients and conduct prospecting;
- You analyze and evaluate client risks;
- You develop strategies, benchmarks and technical solutions for both national and international clients;
- You chair client meetings and negotiate with insurers, social partners and other stakeholders;
- You advise clients on risk assessments and changes in tax and pension legislation;
- You actively participate in cross- and upselling to existing clients;
- You identify developments in the market and proactively offer innovative solutions;
- You collaborate with internal teams and contribute to commercial initiatives across departments.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Has a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience;
- Possesses at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role within Employee Benefits;
- Possesses strong commercial and interpersonal skills;
- Has experience developing business opportunities and building lasting client relationships;
- Is an excellent communicator, results-oriented, independent and structured;
- Works well as a team player with internal and external stakeholders;
- Can negotiate effectively at C-level;
- Is Dutch-speaking and has a good command of French and English;
- Has skills in MS Office 365, with special focus on PowerPoint and Excel.
