Description
- Deliver high-quality administrative and secretarial support to legal professionals in a fast-paced environment.
- Draft, edit, and format a variety of legal and business documents, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate agendas, manage calendars, and organize meetings, conference calls, and business travel.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for clients and colleagues, ensuring smooth communication and confidentiality.
- Handle operational tasks such as document filing, digital archiving, time recording, and billing follow-up.
- Oversee and prioritize shared email inboxes to guarantee timely and efficient responses.
- Provide flexible support on various projects and contribute to process improvement within the team.
Your profile
- Education in office management, administration, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in a comparable position, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.
- Fluent in English and French; additional languages such as German or Luxembourgish are a plus.
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, and a collaborative mindset.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and comfortable working with digital tools and databases.
