Description

  • You independently investigate the complaint and evaluate the consequences of the case;
  • You consult with various departments within the organization, including outside your team, to come up with a solution in line with the organization's strategy;
  • You communicate the solution to the customer, both orally and in writing, and always within the set deadlines that depend on the relevant segment of the complaint;
  • You use your understanding of the bottlenecks to propose and share sustainable improvements. In this way, you contribute to the optimization of processes and products;
  • You keep your knowledge of the products up to date in an independent manner so that you remain efficient in finding solutions.

Your profile

  • Independently manages own portfolio of complaints and has a positive and proactive attitude;
  • Works with precision and efficiency on all tasks;
  • Functions well within a team, where collegiality and willingness to support others are highly valued;
  • Possesses 3 to 8 years of relevant experience;
  • Has at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
  • Has a good knowledge of financial products;
  • Is Dutch-speaking or French-speaking.
