Description
As a Client Advisor, you fulfill an important role in our organization. You will be responsible for the following tasks:- You will provide excellent customer service and support clients with their files on a daily basis, both by phone and in writing;
- You closely monitor requests for management from insurance companies;
- You assist Technical experts in preparing quotes, simulations and technical proposals;
- You prepare customer visits together with the team;
- You are responsible for managing tools and systems used for calculations, reporting and document management;
- You identify opportunities to optimize processes and systems;
- You collaborate with internal teams and contribute to knowledge sharing and quality improvement.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Provides outstanding customer service by supporting clients both by phone and in writing with the day-to-day management of their files;
- Closely follows up on management requests from insurers;
- Assists technical experts in preparing quotes, simulations and technical proposals;
- Together with the team, prepares customer visits;
- Manages tools and systems for calculations, reporting and document management;
- Recognizes opportunities for process and system optimization;
- Collaborates with internal teams and contributes to knowledge sharing and quality improvement.
