Description
- You advise and assist customers with all their questions regarding the use of their company vehicles;
- You work closely with the HR and purchasing departments to ensure that the processes surrounding fleet management are as efficient and optimal as possible;
- You perform quality checks on the general database;
- You actively bring our client's car policy to the attention of drivers;
- You are responsible for the daily communication with drivers, both via e-mail and telephone;
- You report directly to the Teamleader and share findings to improve processes.
Your profile
- Possesses excellent administrative skills;
- Has recently graduated in a relevant field of study or has some work experience;
- Affinity with the fleet world is an advantage, but not a requirement;
- Has quickly mastered new IT software and applications;
- Masters the Dutch language and can express himself well in French and English;
- Is action-oriented, able to function independently and has a proactive attitude;
- Is sociable and approachable, with a bubbly personality;
- Communicates clearly and purposefully;
- Remains calm under pressure;
- Works well together as part of a team;
- Has genuine attention to customers every day.

- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3000
