Description
- Support, coach and motivate your team members on a daily basis;
- Ensure a good distribution of workloads and monitor individual and collective performance;
- Encourage ongoing training and skills development for each member of staff;
- Guarantee the quality of claims handling and provide support on sensitive cases;
- Maintain constructive contact with brokers, other insurance companies, adjusters, medical consultants and lawyers;
- Participate in optimizing internal processes and implementing improvement actions;
- Contribute actively to the company's strategic objectives and ensure clear reporting to the department manager.
Your profile
- Master's degree in law;
- At least 5 years' experience in the legal protection sector;
- You have an excellent command of French and a good level of Dutch;
- Excellent communication, listening and coaching skills;
- Organizational skills, structured approach and solution-oriented mindset;
- Ability to manage priorities and keep an overview, even in times of pressure.
