Description
- Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het controleren van openstaande vorderingen. Tijdens telefonische gesprekken met debiteuren onderhandel je over betalingsregelingen die aansluiten bij hun persoonlijke en financiële situatie;
- Jij beheert recent beëindigde dossiers en zorgt voor de uitvoering van garanties. Je houdt toezicht op de afgesproken betalingsplannen en procedurele stappen, zowel amicabel als gerechtelijk, via telefoon, post, e-mail en onze gespecialiseerde tools;
- Jij onderhoudt constructieve contacten met alle betrokken partijen, zowel intern als extern, zoals collega's van andere afdelingen en partners;
- Samen met jou willen we mensen helpen om schulden vrij te leven. Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid om de beste strategie te bepalen die aan de verwachtingen van alle betrokkenen voldoet;

Your profile
- Is a native or fluent speaker of Dutch and French, with a high level of proficiency in English;
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master's degree;
- Possesses a minimum of one year of pertinent experience in a related field;
- Demonstrates a keen enthusiasm for financial services and banking solutions;
- Exhibits excellent communication skills, is diplomatic, and prioritizes customer satisfaction;
- Works well autonomously and is self-sufficient;
- Thrives under pressure and adapts easily to changing circumstances;
- Approaches challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset;
- Values attention to detail and is committed to delivering high-quality results.

- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3000
