Description

  • You will be the client's main point of contact for all administrative matters, in collaboration with the portfolio/client managers;
  • You ensure rigorous monitoring of customer files and KYC/AML procedures;
  • You manage the opening and closing of bank accounts and stock market instructions in coordination with our external partners;
  • You actively contribute to maintaining data quality in our CRM and participate in sending personalized communications;
  • You will play a key role in organizing customer visits, preparing reports and ensuring the correct application of our investment policy;
  • You will have the opportunity to take part in customer events and meetings, fully embodying the company's DNA and values.

Your profile

  • Native Dutch or French speaker with a good command of the other language, and at least an intermediate level of English;
  • At least 5 to 15 years' experience in finance or accounting;
  • Strong knowledge or interest in financial services and markets;
  • Demonstrates proactivity and efficiency in accomplishing daily tasks while being able to juggle multiple responsibilities;
  • Is comfortable with digital systems, particularly those related to data management or stock market order placement;
  • Ensures that data processing and verification are carried out with the utmost care;
  • Adopts a customer-oriented approach, being attentive and communicative both by telephone and in meetings;
  • Demonstrates autonomy and excellent organizational skills to effectively manage responsibilities, setting clear priorities;
  • You have experience with MSFT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and CRM databases;
  • You have a calm nature, are resistant to stress and can manage several tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.

  • Monthly salary indication: € 3501 - € 4500
