Description
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, travel, and conference calls.
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal and business documents.
- Handle correspondence and maintain confidential records.
- Assist with expense reports, billing, and other administrative procedures.
- Coordinate internal and external communication between departments and clients.
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and office coordination.
Your profile
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant, ideally in a professional services environment.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) and French.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Discreet, reliable, and able to work efficiently in an international team.
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
