Description

  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, travel, and conference calls.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal and business documents.
  • Handle correspondence and maintain confidential records.
  • Assist with expense reports, billing, and other administrative procedures.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication between departments and clients.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and office coordination.

Your profile

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant, ideally in a professional services environment.
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) and French.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Discreet, reliable, and able to work efficiently in an international team.
  • Proactive, service-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.

Offer

  • Monthly salary indication: € 5001 - € 5500
