Description
- You resolve discrepancies and conduct assessments between the operational and accounting systems;
- You engage in a project aimed at automating the consolidation process for the Group, collaborating with relevant stakeholders;
- You enhance the analysis related to the parameters of accounting transactions for better accuracy and efficiency;
- You refine the guidelines governing the management of manual entries, focusing on reduction strategies and actionable plans;
- You assist in the rollout of the e-invoicing framework, ensuring its effective implementation;
- You actively participate in and provide support for requests originating from the Finance (agile) squad as needed;
- You contribute to the monthly and quarterly closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completions;
- You identify potential areas for improvement during the closing phases and implement measures to expedite the overall process.
Your profile
- Is fluent in French and English, with a good command of Dutch;
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, accounting, or a related field;
- Brings at least five years of pertinent experience in accounting and data management;
- Demonstrates a high degree of precision in their work;
- Possesses strong analytical abilities and critical thinking skills;
- Exhibits excellent communication capabilities;
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment and fosters a sense of teamwork;
- Has a keen awareness of potential risks and issues;
- Displays a strong sensitivity to organizational dynamics and culture;
- Functions well independently, showing a capacity for self-direction;
- Is skilled in identifying challenges and formulating effective solutions.
