Description
- In the first few months, you will immerse yourself in the world of insurance. Together with a close-knit group of fellow starters, you will receive both theoretical training and practical support.
- Once you are fully operational, you will support customers with their insurance needs. With your empathetic and commercial attitude, you will have the freedom to engage in open conversations and offer appropriate (insurance) solutions.
- As a team player, you are motivated to contribute to the office's objectives, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction.
- You ensure that you are constantly developing and strive to achieve the status of 'super advisor', with the guidance of your Field Manager.
Your profile
- Has a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field;
- Has excellent communication skills and is a particularly good listener;
- Often receives compliments about his/her empathy (and not just from his/her mother);
- Has an added advantage through experience in the insurance industry or with customer interactions;
- A degree in legal practice, law, real estate, financial services, or insurance is a plus;

- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3500
