Description
- You are the first line of contact with our customers and prospects, dealing with requests received by e-mail, telephone, post, etc.
- You respond to our members' requests/questions and provide high-quality answers and advice. You understand their needs and respond in a professional and positive manner. You follow customer files from A to Z.
- Working closely with the marketing department and sales team, you will contribute to the development of our affiliate portfolio.
- You advise and support members/prospects on their products (pension, guaranteed income, various insurance products, etc.).
- You conduct outbound call campaigns to prospects/members to schedule appointments with regional advisors.
- You guarantee documented and professional follow-up. All information and actions are recorded and processed according to established procedures.
Your profile
- You have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
- A first professional experience in the insurance field is a plus
- You enjoy contact with customers. You can communicate to a high standard, are at ease in writing (excellent spelling) and are able to adapt to a demanding interlocutor.
- You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch with a good grounding in French.
- You are reliable and meticulous, able to juggle sales and administrative tasks: every file and follow-up is documented.
- You have good sales and negotiation skills; you know how to argue and deal with objections.
- You're a pleasant colleague who integrates easily into your team, while being autonomous. You know how to stay focused on your tasks.
