Description
- You ensure proper implementation of Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines;
- You follow up requests from both offices and clients until the file is complete;
- You verify the validity of data collected using various internal and external sources;
- You offer advice based on available information and various checks;
- You collaborate with internal departments (such as front office, relationship managers, and compliance) and external partners to optimally handle the KYC file;
- You enter KYC data into the relevant systems;
- You report relevant risk findings of unusual deviations to management.
Your profile
- Proficient in both Dutch and French, both in comprehension, writing and speaking - This is essential! English is a plus;
- Has at least a bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent experience;
- Has knowledge of KYC (Know Your Customer) as a plus;
- Always places the customer at the center of his/her attention;
- Respects the established process without losing sight of risk;
- Is proactive in finding solutions for both internal and external customers;
- Is open to change and strives for continuous improvement;
- Works accurately and adheres to deadlines and commitments;
- Communicates in a constructive manner;
- Is a true team player.

- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3000
