- You help customers manage their finances and contribute ideas about their future
- You actively engage with customers, listening carefully to their wishes and needs
- Together with the customer, you look for the most suitable solutions and provide financial advice
- You build a relationship of trust with customers, placing great importance on our values
- You recognize opportunities in the market and seize them immediately
- You coordinate various files and keep a close eye on the customer portfolio
- Customer needs are your top priority; you maintain regular contact for follow-up meetings
- You contribute to the efficient operation of the office and support commercial initiatives

Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Has at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and can count on at least three years of work experience in a similar position
- Is fascinated by the financial sector and eager to gain new knowledge
- Has a results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and creative mindset
- Values clear and transparent communication and is also a good listener—you understand what is being said and what is meant between the lines
- Is customer-focused and has a high degree of empathy
