- You will be responsible for professionally and smoothly managing the claims files assigned to you within the business and private insurance sector.
- You ensure good cooperation with your colleagues, such as the account manager and the insurance consultant, and promote a positive team atmosphere.
- You provide regular and targeted feedback to your colleagues and the account manager to improve cooperation.
- You offer clients appropriate and sound advice and make clear agreements with them.
- At the request of your manager, you represent the organization at important expert meetings and support the client where necessary.
- You build valuable networks with insurers, experts and repair companies.
- You bring innovative ideas to your manager to further develop the organization and make processes more efficient.
- You ensure that relevant colleagues are aware of important information by putting them in copy.
- You are continuously looking for opportunities to improve value and quality for the customer, resulting in higher customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
- You strive for efficiency in the administrative processing of files and look to identify where benefits can be gained.
- You process daily communications with clients, insurers and banks accurately and efficiently.
- You take a proactive attitude in the follow-up of dossiers.
- You check correspondence with insurers and ensure proper follow-up.
- You recognize problems within files and anticipate them by taking timely action.
- You keep an eye on the quality of the dossiers to ensure a high standard.
- You process daily correspondence, emails (including assignment to the claim file in our system), phone calls, and so on.
- You manage your diary carefully, with the aim of avoiding conflicts and ensure the smooth handling of AS2 messages.
- You closely follow the Mifid guidelines.
- You ensure efficient financial processing of claim files.
- You process data correctly and keep our management system Brio+ up to date.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Has completed a university or undergraduate degree, or can demonstrate equivalent experience and learning motivation in the insurance industry.
- Has in-depth knowledge and experience within all lines of insurance for both businesses and individuals.
- Has an excellent command of Dutch and French, with a basic knowledge of English.
- Has the necessary insurance certifications required by Mifid legislation.
- Carries our client's values and culture highly, both internally and externally.
- Is an expert in his or her field and ensures that knowledge is continuously updated.
- Is dynamic, enthusiastic, driven, has a positive attitude and is flexible.
- Shows creativity in finding solutions.
