Description
- You identify and assess risks within reporting processes and data quality;
- You escalate deviations and incidents promptly to ensure swift resolution;
- You promote transparency and accountability within the team and processes;
- You analyze incidents, collaborating closely with the Risk & Compliance department;
- You stay updated on regulations, evaluating their impact on operations;
- You monitor outsourced reporting, including compliance standards;
- You detect and escalate risks and discrepancies as they arise;
- You follow up on daily reports and perform reconciliations as needed;
- You support audits and contribute to the enhancement of control mechanisms;
- You document processes thoroughly and communicate effectively with stakeholders;
- You represent the Investment Operations team to internal parties.
Your profile
- Master’s degree in finance or equivalent experience;
- 3+ years in Asset Management or Asset Servicing;
- Strong understanding of Front-to-Back processes and related IT systems;
- Familiar with EMIR, MiFID, and financial regulations;
- Motivated candidates welcome, even without full qualifications;
- Fluent in English; French is a plus;
- Solid knowledge of financial products and procedures;
- Familiar with internal operational workflows;
- Skilled in MS Office, Outlook, and relevant tools;
- Learns from mistakes and seeks improvement;
- Team player with strong communication skills;
- Client-oriented, accurate, and efficient;
- Resilient, proactive, and solution-driven.
