Description
- You perform various administrative tasks related to our clientele, such as following up on requests in the mailbox, performing KYC analyses, and supporting the creation of files.
- You are responsible for first-line commercial follow-up with clients, including onboarding new clients and resolving issues with online banking.
- You will proactively contact customers and build lasting relationships to support the team (Private Bankers).
- You will enthusiastically and energetically promote our client's strategy, mission, and values, as well as their products and services, to both potential and existing customers.
- You will stay up to date with developments in the banking sector and the products and services offered by our client.
Your profile
- Has a natural flair for customer contact, both in person, by telephone, and in writing, and has commercial insight;
- Is administratively skilled, works punctually, and shows respect for existing procedures and guidelines, while also having strong organizational skills;
- Takes a proactive approach and demonstrates an optimistic and flexible attitude. Can work independently and switch easily between various tasks;
- Has an excellent command of the Dutch language and also has knowledge of the English language;
- Has a Bachelor's degree and a strong affinity with the financial sector. Experience within this industry is a plus;
