Description
- You will perform various administrative tasks related to our client base, such as following up on mailbox requests, performing KYC analysis and supporting case building;
- You will be responsible for front-line commercial customer follow-up, including onboarding new customers and resolving online banking issues;
- You will proactively contact customers and build lasting relationships in support of the team (Private Bankers);
- You promote with enthusiasm and energy the strategy, mission and values, as well as our client's products and services, both to potential and existing clients;
- You keep abreast of developments within the banking industry and the products and services offered by our client;
Your profile
- Has a natural flair for customer contact, whether in person, on the phone or in writing, and possesses commercial acumen;
- Is administratively proficient, works punctually and shows respect for existing procedures and guidelines, while also possessing strong organizational skills;
- Takes a proactive attitude and shows an optimistic and flexible attitude. Can work independently and easily switch between various tasks;
- Possesses excellent command of the Dutch language and also has knowledge of the English language;
- Possesses a Bachelor degree and has a strong affinity with the financial sector. Experience within this industry is a plus;
