Description

As part of your duties, you will provide essential administrative support to underwriters. Your responsibilities include:
  • Providing support in risk analysis, requesting quotes, formulating rates and following offers through to completion.
  • Drawing up insurance contracts and endorsements, based on detailed quotations and confirmations of coverage.
  • Use the company's IT systems to record contracts, endorsements, premiums, etc.
  • Provide administrative support both locally and internationally.
This role requires good organization and attention to detail to ensure quality service to underwriters and customers.

Your profile

The ideal candidate:
  • Possesses a bachelor's degree in finance and insurance, or records management experience is an asset, but not required;
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and IT tools in general;
  • Demonstrates sharp analytical skills to solve problems effectively;
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
  • Able to work as part of a team, while managing responsibilities independently;
  • Has a good command of the computer tools required for the position.
