Description
- Track and reconcile securities movements between custodians, counterparties and internal systems;
- Manage and process withholding tax recovery requests with local tax authorities and other entities until refunds are credited to customer accounts, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations;
- Provide operational and analytical support for Branch 21/23 life insurance products, including underwriting and refund management;
- Monitor settlement cycles and investigate discrepancies in transaction flows;
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, compliance, accounting) to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Prepare regular reports and documents for internal and external stakeholders;
- Participate in the implementation of process and system improvements.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or similar field;
- Knowledge of securities transactions, tax recovery processes and/or life insurance products (Branches 21/23), or willingness to expand these skills;
- Excellent command of both local languages (French/Dutch) and good knowledge of English;
- Excellent command of MS Excel and previous experience with banking or financial platforms;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail while respecting regulatory standards;
- Demonstrates outstanding customer focus, accompanied by excellent communication skills and team spirit;
- Develops strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
