Description
- You manage and maintain insurance policies within the fire branch with an eye for detail and customer satisfaction;
- You support customers with questions or changes around their fire insurance, taking a proactive and service-oriented approach;
- You analyze and assess claims, ensuring appropriate advice and settlement;
- You cooperate with other departments to ensure optimal customer service;
- You contribute to the development and improvement of processes within policy administration, so that we increase efficiency;
- You ensure accurate and timely data entry into the system so that everything is always up to date;
- You keep abreast of the latest developments within the insurance industry and apply this knowledge in your work;

- Has a strong affinity for administrative tasks and can process policy files with extreme accuracy;
- Has a good sense of customer relations and acts as the link between commercial and administrative processes;
- Is a team player and can communicate effectively and thoughtfully with colleagues and clients;
