Description
- You handle all conflicts that may arise between financial institutions and their customers, both individuals and companies.
- You first try to reconcile the positions of both parties and strive for a solution acceptable to both.
- If a solution is not feasible, you draft an opinion based on legal principles and reasonableness.
- If necessary, you formulate a recommendation to further guide the situation.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Possesses a master's degree in law.
- Has legal expertise in consumer law, civil law, financial law and economic law.
- Has an excellent command of Dutch, as opinions are primarily written in this language. In addition, a good command of French and English is desirable.
- Displays strong collaboration skills and is a true team player.
- Is adept at analyzing facts, has an eye for detail and possesses keen reasoning skills, as well as a healthy curiosity and creativity.
- Is empathetic, flexible, can work independently and adheres to deadlines.
- Preferably has several years of experience in finance, which is an added advantage.
