Description
- You supervise the entire competition process, with your involvement depending on the complexity of the files;
- You apply appropriate negotiation tactics to achieve the most advantageous solutions for our client;
- You identify procurement needs of internal customers in a timely manner through data analysis and regular communication;
- You create sufficient market opportunities by internally challenging the demand and describing it as accurately as possible, while also generating the necessary interest from the market in a timely manner;
- You update technical and commercial specifications in view of the intended results;
- You manage current contracts during their term, including claims and possible renegotiations, in consultation with internal customers;
- You establish a vision and develop a plan for long-term procurement of specific categories of services and goods (e.g., procurement plan);
Your profile
- Possesses a Master's degree in Industrial Science, Applied Economics or similar, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in an industrial setting;
- Has experience in conducting negotiations;
- Possesses knowledge of public procurement processes, which is a plus;
- Has a background in technical procurement, which is considered an added advantage;
- Is proficient in drafting documents and can handle contractual texts well;
- Is proactive, assertive, diplomatic and focused on finding solutions;
- Works well together in a team, is strong in organization and can handle stress well;
- Has an excellent command of Dutch and French and a good command of English;
- Is proficient in the use of MS Office and other office tools. Experience with an ERP system such as SAP/COUPA is a plus;
- Possesses a driver's license B.

- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3500
