Description
- You manage HR projects from initiation to completion, focusing on the deployment of HR platforms;
- You oversee project development and implement necessary adjustments to ensure projects meet their intended objectives while remaining cost-effective;
- You handle the project’s scope, budget, and overall planning;
- You cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including various partners, and coordinate activities among project team members, both internal and external;
- You establish clear agreements with project partners and monitor the fulfillment of commitments and deliverables;
- You ensure the seamless integration of various elements managed by different project teams, focusing on quality and effective solutions;
- You engage in analytical workshops to gather and document requirements accurately in the project blueprint;
- You prepare project documentation regarding planning, communications, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), among other aspects;
- You organize and oversee UAT processes, tracking testing progress and addressing any bugs. Should any critical issues arise, you escalate them to partners to keep the project on schedule.
Your profile
- Has at least 8 years of experience in managing projects, specifically in the implementation of HR technology solutions;
- Possesses background experience in the Human Resources sector or demonstrates a keen interest in HR procedures and enhancing employee experience;
- Exhibits extensive knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools;
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate dependencies, potential challenges, and risks, and take proactive measures to drive solutions;
- Is capable of organizing and structuring projects involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring project overviews are created to maintain transparency for all parties involved;
- Communicates effectively, displaying excellent listening skills to foster collaboration and understanding;
- Is proficient in English, Dutch, and French, allowing for effective communication in a multilingual environment.
