Description

  • You define and implement the Talent Acquisition strategy with your manager;
  • You propose improvements to optimize recruitment by putting the candidate and manager experience at the center;
  • You monitor job market trends to anticipate needs and adapt the approach;
  • You manage performance using indicators and organize activities efficiently;
  • You foster a collaborative, benevolent working climate and transparent communication;
  • You support your employees in their development through personalized coaching;
  • You take charge of HR improvement and automation projects related to recruitment.

Your profile

  • Graduate in human resources or equivalent field, with 8 to 10 years' experience in recruitment and 3 years' experience in team management;
  • Mastery of recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, tests, onboarding) and office tools (advanced Excel, MS Teams);
  • Collaborative leadership, sense of service and customer orientation, with strong organizational and analytical skills;
  • Curious, proactive, rigorous and pragmatic, always seeking to improve practices;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to federate teams and lead cross-functional projects.

  • Full-time permanent contract;
