Description
- You are the first point of contact for customers and offer them personal guidance with their financial wishes and objectives;
- You help customers realize their dreams, such as buying a house or protecting their family;
- You offer tailor-made solutions and ensure accurate follow-up of their progress;
- You will receive on-the-job training at the office, combining courses on the bank, the products and services it offers, and relevant legislation;
- You will develop into an expert advisor within the banking sector, with a focus on investments, so that you can offer customers the best possible service;
- You will be part of a lively team within the bank branch; a "mini-company" where cooperation is paramount;
- You will actively contribute to the development and image of the branch in the local community;
Your profile
- Has at least a Bachelor's or Master's degree, regardless of the field of study;
- Demonstrates an enthusiastic and positive attitude, with the ambition to learn and grow within the organization;
- Is eager to learn and open to personal development, with the right guidance;
- Has a customer-oriented attitude, with excellent communication skills ensuring an optimal experience for customers and the team;
- Is proactive and efficient, and takes initiatives in consultation with the office manager to contribute to the commercial success of the branch;
- Works independently and is well organized;
- Speaks fluent Dutch;
- Has a keen interest in and/or knowledge of investments.
Offer
- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3500
- A permanent contract in the role of customer advisor;
