Description
- As Business Developer Private Banking, you will be responsible for attracting new clients and generating assets for the Private Banking segment. You will operate from the Turnhout office
- You will focus all your attention on acquiring new clients with assets of more than 1 million euros, with a specific focus on entrepreneurs and liberal professionals
- You actively and efficiently build and maintain your own prospect list using innovative tools and digital channels. You use leads generated by our data models
- You introduce your prospects to a fellow Private Banker within your Centre, so that, with your support, they can further develop the relationship once the client is on board. In addition, you offer support to your fellow Private Bankers in their prospecting activities
- You look at both the private and professional activities of your prospects from an integrated approach
- You work closely with colleagues from Wealth Management and ensure good collaboration with other segments
- You will be part of a national community of Business Developers focused on sharing knowledge and best practices within Private Banking prospecting
- You can count on the necessary support from your colleagues, the Director of your Private Banking Center and the regional and national community.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Is a natural networker and functions well within a team; social interactions give you a boost of energy
- Has a focus on results and possesses strong negotiation skills
- Is eager to learn and willing to further develop technical and tax knowledge through training and a specific certification program
- Has a preference for independent planning and knows how to manage his or her schedule effectively, ensuring a good work-life balance
- Brings a broad (not strictly financial) background, with high potential in various aspects
- Possesses a master's degree or appears equivalent in terms of experience.
