- *Job Description: Independent Sales Representative**
Reporting to management, you will be responsible for developing and managing your own portfolio while benefiting from operational support and agreements that comply with the company's quality standards.
- *Main responsibilities:**
- Prospect and expand a diverse client base in both the retail and corporate sectors.
- Identify and exploit new business opportunities using your network and leads provided by the office.
- Advise and support your clients in their property and casualty insurance needs and, if possible, life insurance.
- Negotiate, formulate, and follow up on proposals for your clients in collaboration with our insurance partners.
- Manage and monitor your portfolio according to the company's quality criteria, while ensuring customer loyalty.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Is self-employed with a fixed starting salary until reaching the break-even point, while having a strategic outlook.
- Has significant experience in the brokerage or insurance industry.
- Holds a certificate in financial planning (CFP).
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as negotiation skills.
- Is characterized by autonomy, rigor, and a customer- and results-oriented approach.
- Is proficient with digital tools and able to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Has in-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance products, with an understanding of life insurance products being an asset.
- Bilingualism will be considered an advantage.
