- *Job description: Independent Sales Representative** (French)
Reporting to management, you will be responsible for developing and managing your own portfolio, while benefiting from operational support and agreements in line with the company's quality standards.
- *Main responsibilities:**
- Prospect and expand a diversified customer base, both in the retail and corporate sectors.
- Identify and exploit new business opportunities using your network and leads provided by the office.
- Advise and support your customers in their P&C insurance needs and, where possible, in life insurance.
- Negotiate, formulate and follow up proposals for your customers in collaboration with our insurance partners.
- Manage and monitor your portfolio according to the company's quality criteria, while ensuring customer loyalty.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Has self-employed status with a fixed starting salary until break-even, while having a strategic perspective.
- Has significant experience in the brokerage or insurance industry.
- Holds a certificate in financial planning (PCP).
- Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Is characterized by autonomy, thoroughness, customer focus and results orientation.
- Has a good command of digital tools and is able to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of property and casualty (P&C) insurance products, with an understanding of provident life products being an asset.
- Bilingualism will be considered an advantage.
