Description
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative assistance to the Art & Patrimony underwriting team;
- Generate insurance contracts and endorsements in response to underwriter requests;
- Monitor and calculate premium adjustments for exhibition insurance policies;
- Oversee and manage the processing of expert invoices;
- Control and issue a variety of insurance documents, including certificates;
- Address daily policy-related inquiries and issues;
- Ensure precise premium settlements to uphold effective management of the insurance portfolio;
- Answer phone calls to support brokers or relay messages to the underwriters;
- Previous experience in insurance brokerage in Belgium is a plus.
