Your profile
- You have several years of experience in the insurance sector, preferably in an environment where brokers play a central role;
- You have a proven track record of success in commercial growth or coordinating regional activities;
- You communicate fluently and clearly, and are skilled at analyzing information and translating it into concrete actions;
- You have experience in guiding and motivating teams, and derive energy from working together on common goals;
- You work independently, are good at setting priorities, and make well-considered decisions that make a difference.
