  • You take the lead on commercial development within your region and set up targeted actions to achieve growth;
  • You actively build lasting relationships with business customers and partners within the insurance sector;
  • You identify new opportunities and focus on strategic acquisition and qualitative relationship management;
  • You draw up commercial plans, implement them and make adjustments based on results and market insights;
  • You manage a customer portfolio with a focus on long-term relationships and customer satisfaction, rather than operational policy management;
  • You coordinate and support the teams in your region, encouraging cooperation and contributing to their professional development;
  • You follow up on market developments and share relevant insights and results with management;
  • You get the space to work autonomously and put your commercial vision into practice.

Your profile

  • You have several years of experience within the insurance industry, preferably in an environment where brokers play a central role;
  • You have proven success in commercial growth or coordinating regional activities;
  • You communicate fluently and clearly, and know how to analyze information well and translate it into concrete actions;
  • You have experience in guiding and motivating teams, and get energy from working together on common goals;
  • You work independently, know how to set priorities and make well-considered decisions that make a difference;
  • You think along from the needs of customers, but do not lose sight of the broader strategic context;
  • You are entrepreneurial, have a passion for commercial challenges and a solid basis in the insurance world. You know how to turn vision into action and combine leadership with a focus on results.
