Description
- You promote our group's products in an inspiring and practical way;
- You support the offices in discovering and exploiting their commercial opportunities;
- You develop clear roadmaps for prospecting with our various products;
- You draft prospecting letters and actions and ensure the necessary follow-up;
- You listen to the needs of the offices and motivate them to achieve results;
- You provide training and coaching so that our teams approach the market more powerfully and confidently.
Your profile
- Possesses in-depth expertise in BOAR, life insurance and investment products;
- Has a strong commercial attitude and brings relevant experience from the insurance industry;
- Combines a practical approach with strategic thinking skills;
- Draws energy from developing acquisition processes and achieving success;
- Is able to communicate clearly in both Dutch and French (bilingualism is a plus);
- Has an inspiring and motivating personality, and enjoys supporting and encouraging team members.
