Description
- You review assigned cases, aiming for resolution within your specific authority level, adhering to the established standards, protocols, and guidelines provided;
- You appoint, guide, and oversee external suppliers (including surveyors, adjusters, and legal professionals) as needed, ensuring optimal outcomes are achieved;
- You handle interactions with customers and third parties efficiently, courteously, and in a timely manner, striving to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction;
- You collaborate with the underwriting team to furnish underwriters with pertinent information necessary for their evaluations;
- You report patterns, significant losses, and other critical information to the Team Lead and Head of Claims for further assessment;
Your profile
- Demonstrates a strong ability to collaborate within a team environment;
- Exhibits a constructive attitude and focuses on finding effective solutions;
- Ideally possesses up to five years of experience in the Claims sector;
- Is proficient in German, English, and Dutch, with strong skills in speaking, reading, and writing;
- Has a solid understanding of the local laws and regulations that pertain to the industry;
- Holds a degree in law and/or relevant qualifications in insurance, which is preferred;
