Description
- You will join a second-line control function, which is essential to the integrity and reputation of the company;
- You will work closely with a network of compliance officers in the operational departments;
- You will help identify and assess compliance-related risks;
- You will advise operational departments on regulatory and ethical issues;
- You will supervise the effectiveness of first-line controls and define monitoring priorities;
- You will participate in the development of action plans and follow-up programs.
Your profile
- Master's degree in law;
- Excellent command of French and Dutch, both spoken and written; good foundation in English;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in compliance, audit, or internal control;
- Solid knowledge of financial sector regulations;
- Risk management skills;
- Ability to work independently while promoting collaboration.
